What are the house rules

Check-in after 3pm and check-out before 9am
Friday’s changeover day
Maximum 2 dogs
No smoking or vaping in the building
No pets upstairs or on furniture
Report any breakages

Is the property family-friendly?

Yes. We provide a cot and highchair on request.

Do you allow dogs?

The cottage is dog-friendly and two well behaved dogs welcome.

Is there a gated patio area for our dog?

Yes

Is parking available?

Yes, there is private parking on-site for up to 4 cars, with additional space available on request.

Can we check in early?

Early check-in may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us.

How much fridge/freezer space is there?

We have an American style double door fridge freezer with a water dispenser, so ample storage space.

Nearest shops / food delivery

There is an Asda and Sainsbury in Mytholmroyd which is 1 mile away.

You can also get supermarket food deliveries to the property.
